Easy to follow and tasty This book is everything I hoped it would be. Easy to follow and tasty. I work full time and have a limited income so expensive ingredients that I’ll use one time are prohibitive. This book has every day ingredients put together in unique ways. I couldn’t be happier.5 Ingredients! Some good content...but too many extravagant dishes for a regular family. Need good homemade substitutes for old fashioned home cooked recipes.Waste of money Not only would you have to spend about half of your day cooking , the cost of buying all ingredients is a glaring example of how out of touch the author is with the financial reality most people face every day. Sure each recipe is five ingredients, but there is no consideration for left overs, consistency in ingredient choice,or alternatives to ingredients to save money. After working on way through about 2/3 of the book I found it took me (oh average) an extra 2 hours each day preparing meals or running to the store for obscure ingredients. I also averaged about 150$ extra (on top of what I already spend which was about 200) in two weeks on groceries. This is another fad diet with unrealistic guidelines.
